1. General
The following terms and conditions are valid for offers, sales and supplies. All offers are without engagement, only prices valid on the date of delivery are invoiced.
2. Prices
All prices are in Euro, ex stock Buxtehude, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Delivery
Delivery dates given will be kept whenever possible, but are given without obligation. We reserve the right to supply partshipments.
4. Shipments
If no other instructions are given by the purchaser, we ship at our discretion, and if not otherwise agreed, shipments are made at buyers cost and risk.
5. Complaints and guarantee
Complaints concerning incomplete or wrong delivery, have to be reported immediately, at the latest however in writing 10 days after receipt of goods. Our works-guarantee covers 12 months from the date of the invoice, and covers any defect in material or manufacture, but not natural wear and tear and wrong treatment. Our obligation is limited in any case only to credit/delivery of the part, and not reimbursement of other costs, such as transport, installation and subsequent damages.
6. Payments
Our invoices are payable immediately after receipt. If other invoices are still unpaid, the cash-discount is not applicable. From the first reminder onwards we charge interest in line with the ruling bank rates
7. Property clause
All goods remain, also when sold to third parties, our own property until fully paid. If our goods are taken into pledge, the buyer has to inform us at once.
8. Competency of court
Place of delivery and competency of court for both parties is Hamburg. All contracts are concluded under German law.
